Utamaro Kitagawa (1753-1806) was a Japanese printmaster and painter who is considered as one of the greatest artists of woodblock prints. He is known especially for his masterfully composed studies of women, known as Bijin-ga.
The four Bijin-ga prints shown below can be used as singles, pairs, or all four together, depending on the size of the room where they are displayed.
